Vale Gonzalez is a second-year law student at The University of Tulsa College of Law. Before his law school journey, Vale received his B.A. in Criminology from The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas). You can follow Vale on Twitter @ValeTULaw and LinkedIn!
Vale’s inspiration to create this blog began from his law clerk position working alongside Gale Allison, an estate planning and litigation attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Soon after being hired, Vale was assigned to research in-depth the National Firearm Act and Gun Control Act and their application into estate administration. The research involved NFA Gun Trusts and Executor responsibilities in appropriate and legal firearm distribution.
Vale’s interests, besides firearm-related content, include civil litigation law such as medical malpractice/health law and personal injury law. Although this blog is mostly focused on the law affecting firearms, there will be periodic blogs on other topics.
